The Rhino Guardrail Pro, Omni Adjustable Pile Driver is designed to expedite the installation of steel or wood posts and guardrails. This machine caters to 20-in. round, up to 7-in. x 8-in. sizes.
Hydraulics lift the hammer vertically to accommodate posts up to 8.5-ft. (2.6 meters) tall and align the hammer up to 10 degrees along the x and y axis to plumb posts. The Guardrail Pro Mast is fitted with two leveling indicators and offset controls allow the operator to maintain the sight line. The Guardrail Pro’s Adapter Plate and bottom mounted guide keep the post secure and plumb while installing.
The hydraulic hammer, operating up to 1,000 bpm, delivers 800 ft.-lbs. (1,085 joules) of force to install piles in all types of soils.
The Rhino Guardrail Pro utilizes a universal skid steer mounting plate, which attaches to most skid steers. This allows contractors to utilize their existing, low-flow skid steer to unload, move equipment around the job site, do dirt work, and now drive posts, piles and guardrails. The unit folds horizontally for compact transportation.
